The beautiful thing about living immersed in the words of a Holy God is that we are able to hear directly from Him and gain the wisdom, encouragement, and strength we need for daily living and beyond. And in many, many situations over the last 15+ years of our marriage, we have found that the Bible has given us what we’ve needed during times our marriage has felt the strain of being engulfed in the everyday battle of life.
